Quality Tools

Premier has adopted key tools from the Automotive sector for example Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for all new projects, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) through to Production Planning Approval Process (PPAP) and customer approval. Therefore proactively identifying potential quality issues and minimise risk to new projects.

A comprehensive range of inspection equipment such as Profile Projector, CMM, 3D scanning ensures measuring techniques to provide the customer with the satisfaction of consistent repeatability of parts.
