Tool-room

Precision Design

Our in-house tool design team uses advanced CAD/CAM software to develop moulds that meet the demanding tolerances of modern automotive components. From prototype tooling to multi-cavity production moulds, we ensure each tool is engineered for efficiency, longevity, and accuracy.

Built for Performance

Every tool is manufactured using premium-grade materials and CNC machining processes in a temperature-controlled environment. Our tool room adheres to stringent quality protocols, ensuring dimensional stability, optimal flow design, and long-term performance for high-volume production.

Integrated Process

Our tool room works seamlessly with the moulding and assembly teams to shorten lead times and reduce design iterations. From tool trials to validation, the integrated workflow ensures faster project execution, minimized downtime, and consistent delivery of production-ready tools.

Core Strengths

Our tool room is the backbone of precision moulding. Equipped with advanced CNC machines and EDM systems, we craft high-performance moulds that meet complex automotive specifications. From quick-turn prototyping to large-scale production tools, every component is engineered for reliability, consistency, and extended tool life, enabling us to support rapid development cycles and global OEM standards.

How We Work

Tool development begins with 3D modeling and simulation for optimal part flow and thermal performance. Our engineers collaborate closely from concept to validation. Each tool is crafted in-house using high-grade steel, then tested and refined to ensure dimensional accuracy, reduced cycle times, and durability. This integrated approach between design, machining, and production ensures seamless transition from idea to implementation, supporting precise, repeatable automotive manufacturing.
